We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the data in our databases by conducting regular updates and verification. However, business contact information changes frequently — practices open, close, and update their contact details.
We do not guarantee that 100% of the records in any database will be accurate, deliverable, or current at the time of your purchase or use. The data is provided “as is.”
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied with the data quality, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date by contacting us at hello@dentistemaillist.com.
Refund requests made after 30 days will not be honored. We reserve the right to deny refund requests if there is evidence of abuse, such as downloading the data and immediately requesting a refund.
Certain plans include free data updates for a specified period (6, 12, or 24 months depending on the plan). Updates will be delivered to the email address associated with your purchase. After the update period expires, you may purchase a new database at the then-current price.
The compilation, organization, and structure of our databases are the intellectual property of DentistEmailList.com. While individual data points (such as a business name or phone number) are publicly available facts, our curated, verified, and structured databases represent significant investment and are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

We reserve the right to terminate your license to use the purchased data at any time if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the data in your possession. Sections 4, 10, 11, and 13 shall survive termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our products shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
